By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Tango Robotics Technologies, Inc. ("Tango," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

Service Description - Tango provides real-time SMS alerts regarding heavy equipment operations, safety notifications, and maintenance requirements at your facility. These messages are sent as part of our collision avoidance and equipment monitoring system deployed for your employer.

Consent to Receive Messages - By checking the opt-in box on the fleet management dashboard, you consent to receive automated text messages from Tango at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of employment but enables you to receive time-sensitive operational and safety alerts.

Message Frequency and Timing

  • Messages are sent only during work hours

  • You may receive up to 5 messages per day, though the typical volume is lower

  • Message frequency depends on operational events and equipment status

  • No messages will be sent for marketing or promotional purposes

Types of Messages - You will receive alerts regarding:

  • Safety warnings and collision avoidance notifications

  • Equipment maintenance requirements

  • Operational status updates requiring immediate attention

  • System status or technical notifications

Opt-Out Instructions - You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive

  • Unchecking the opt-in box in your dashboard settings

  • Contacting your facility manager or Tango support

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS alerts. Note that opting out may impact your ability to receive critical safety notifications.

Message and Data Rates - Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Tango does not charge for the SMS service itself, but you are responsible for any fees your carrier charges for receiving text messages.

Supported Carriers - This service is available on most major carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed, and some carriers may not support all features.

Phone Number Updates - You are responsible for keeping your phone number current in the system. Update your contact information through your dashboard or notify your facility manager if your number changes.

Service Availability - While we strive for reliable service, SMS delivery depends on your carrier network and is not guaranteed. Tango is not liable for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages

  • Messages received out of order

  • Service interruptions due to carrier or network issues

  • Technical failures or system maintenance

Critical Safety Information - SMS alerts are supplementary to existing safety protocols. Never rely solely on text messages for safety decisions. Always follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at your facility.

No Warranty - The SMS notification service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tango makes no guarantees regarding message delivery, timeliness, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tango shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Failure to receive or delayed receipt of messages

  • Actions taken or not taken based on message content

  • Service interruptions or technical issues

  • Reliance on SMS notifications for safety decisions

Privacy and Data Use - Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Employer Relationship - This SMS service is provided to support your employer's operations. Your employer may access records of messages sent to you as part of their operational and safety management systems.

Compliance with Law - You agree to use this service in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and regulations governing workplace communications.

Changes to Terms - We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via SMS.

Termination - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SMS service to any user who violates these Terms or for operational reasons. Your employer may also request termination of service on your behalf.

Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law provisions.

By opting in to receive SMS notifications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
